Develop and execute performance tests for complex, containerized, distributed software products. Deploy test environments across Linux, cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases; troubleshoot deployment and product issues; analyze logs, monitoring data, and database queries to identify bottlenecks; automate testing; and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects tracked in Jira.

Leads QA automation strategy and hands-on testing for web applications, including manual, automated, exploratory, acceptance, regression, and usability testing. Mentors junior QA engineers, coordinates automation work, manages testing workflows, and validates releases across pre-production and production. Uses Python, Linux scripting, Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI practices. Advise prospects on SAST, SCA, DAST, LLM-based security, and DevSecOps environments while addressing risks, integration needs, competitive differentiation, and business outcomes.

Provides technical support for application security products, serving as a customer contact, troubleshooting complex C/C++ and Java issues, collaborating with R&D, reproducing defects, managing support cases, and sharing technical knowledge. Requires Linux/Unix, database, and programming experience, with Japanese proficiency preferred for APAC customer support.

Processes standard and non-standard global customer orders from acceptance through fulfillment. Reviews pricing, contracts, tax, export compliance, billing, and revenue recognition requirements; manages order backlogs and resolves discrepancies.
