The role requires strong expertise in SAST, SCA, DAST, application security, and technical pre-sales, along with public presentation capability in Traditional Chinese and English.

Leads global accounting operations across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay, including order management, billing, collections, accounts payable, and procurement support. Establishes operating models, controls, metrics, escalation paths, audit readiness, and process documentation. Partners cross-functionally to improve cash-flow inputs, systems, automation, reporting, and workflow governance across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zip, and related finance platforms. Manages managers and operational teams while driving scalable, accountable execution.

Implements and configures Black Duck application security solutions in customer environments. Supports integrations with SDLC and DevOps workflows, troubleshoots technical issues, gathers requirements, delivers demonstrations and workshops, and provides onboarding and post-implementation support. The role collaborates with sales, customer success, support, product, senior consultants, and project leads while maintaining project documentation. It requires bilingual Japanese and English communication, technical problem-solving, and up to approximately 25% travel.

Leads strategic customer relationships for application security solutions. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, providing compliance guidance, training customer teams, driving CI/CD and DevSecOps adoption, optimizing value realization, advising on AppSec strategy, coordinating internal resources, and proactively addressing challenges. The role requires strong application security knowledge, software development experience, customer influence skills, and at least seven years in a customer-facing technical position.

Own and grow enterprise accounts in Northern California by driving multiyear licensing deals, building executive relationships, ensuring customer success, coordinating with global teams, maintaining Salesforce records, representing the company at events, and traveling to client sites (about 50%).

Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts; oversee test lifecycle from planning through closure; collaborate with developers and product managers; maintain CI/CD automation pipelines using Selenium and Cypress; perform API/service testing; and evolve testing methodologies to ensure secure, high-quality software delivery.

Build joint business plans, enable partners, accelerate co-sell and marketplace transactions, collaborate cross-functionally, track MDF/ROI, and scale repeatable solution plays to meet partner-sourced revenue goals.

Design, extend, and maintain Java/Python test automation frameworks for desktop IDE plugins. Build AI-driven test capabilities, execute functional/integration/UI/performance/security tests across JetBrains, VS Code, Visual Studio, and Eclipse on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Collaborate with plugin developers, perform exploratory and compatibility testing, contribute to code reviews, and create tooling for realistic large-scale test scenarios.

Design, build, and operate resilient, secure GCP-based infrastructure for customer-facing SaaS. Own networking, CI/CD/GitOps, Kubernetes deployments, monitoring, autoscaling, incident response, and compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally, use AI/LLM tools to automate runbooks and diagnostics, and ensure high availability and performance.

Drive revenue and account expansion across enterprise accounts in India. Manage pipeline, hit bookings targets, build executive relationships (CISO/CTO/Product Security), lead strategic account plans, support forecasts and CRM hygiene, and present ROI, compliance, and risk-reduction outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Designs and delivers Black Duck application security implementations for customers. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, end-to-end project delivery, SDLC and DevOps integrations, secure development advisory, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting account expansion. The role requires software development and scripting knowledge, application security expertise, CI/CD and DevOps experience, strong communication, and customer-facing consulting skills. Travel may reach approximately 40%.

Qualify inbound leads and drive outbound prospecting to generate pipeline. Research accounts, engage decision-makers via calls, email, and LinkedIn, nurture leads to sales-ready status, and log all activity in the CRM to support account teams.

Drive strategy with account executives, run demos and POCs, diagnose customer needs, and deliver impactful presentations for AppSec solutions.

The Regional Sales Manager will drive enterprise sales in Japan, build relationships with executives, and close large multi-year deals.

Operate and scale global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure on GCP: design resilient architectures, run and upgrade GKE clusters, implement CI/CD/GitOps, monitor and troubleshoot performance, ensure security/compliance, and coordinate cross-functional releases and incident response.
