Provides administrative support to the Accounts Payable team by reviewing expense reports, collecting receipts, maintaining documentation, managing AP communications, resolving discrepancies, supporting corporate credit card compliance, and assisting with month-end close and other accounting tasks.

Responsible for project billing, including reviewing contracts, opening projects and clients, preparing invoices, uploading billing documents, reconciling project issues, reviewing consultant invoices, maintaining project records, and coordinating with Project Managers and local offices. Requires billing experience, preferably in an architectural or engineering environment, knowledge of accounting software, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Designs and develops commercial, multifamily, residential, and municipal site projects, including grading, drainage, roadway, utility infrastructure, and site plans. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, clients, and EITs; creates and revises drawings, updates base plans, manages project documentation, follows CAD standards, and coordinates multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality requirements.

Designs subsurface utility engineering projects through civil engineering calculations, utility plans, reports, plans, and specifications. Conducts job-site field visits, gathers client information, interprets complex data, and collaborates on engineering deliverables within schedule and budget constraints. Supports client meetings, business development, and relationship management while learning SUE technologies, electromagnetic equipment, Trimble equipment, and applicable design standards.

Lead and deliver municipal, public works, and transportation projects through planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; coordinate teams and subconsultants; serve as primary client contact; pursue business development; mentor and develop engineering staff; ensure regulatory compliance and oversee technical deliverables.

Lead and oversee roadway design for transportation projects including geometry, 3D modeling, hydraulics, MOT, plans, specifications, estimates, and QA/QC. Supervise and mentor junior staff, coordinate submittals and schedules, complete field assignments as needed, and support project managers on larger projects.

Lead the Civil/Land Development and Water/Wastewater engineering division, driving strategic planning, operations, financial performance, project delivery, business development, staffing, compliance, and client relationships across multiple offices.

Lead delivery of complex wastewater projects from planning through construction and closeout. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, regulatory compliance, client relationships, technical reviews, risk mitigation, and business development in Florida.

Serve as the district engineer of record for municipal utility and special purpose districts: advise boards on CIP, bonding, TCEQ compliance, prepare regulatory and bond reports, coordinate with counsel/financial advisors/operators, cultivate client relationships, lead and mentor the Special Districts practice, and pursue business development within the Houston market.

Support travel demand model development: build, calibrate, validate, and analyze inputs and forecasts; analyze socioeconomic and survey data; evaluate project feasibility; and help prepare technical memos, reports, and presentations while gaining hands-on experience with industry modeling tools.
