Support and execute full accounting cycle with emphasis on financial reporting, project accounting, expenditure control, and analytical review. Entry-level designer supporting planning and design of overhead and underground electric distribution. Collects project data (GIS, Google Earth), creates CAD/CADD drawings, material lists, and work orders, performs field checks and visual inspections, interprets right-of-way documents, requests survey/staking, and applies utility design standards while receiving mentoring.

Perform on-site subsurface utility designations: locate, identify, and mark underground utilities using geophysical equipment; document findings; support survey activities; set basic traffic control; maintain equipment and vehicles; conduct safety meetings and liaise with 811 locators, clients, and the public.

Support travel demand model development: build, calibrate, validate, and analyze inputs and forecasts; analyze socioeconomic and survey data; evaluate project feasibility; and help prepare technical memos, reports, and presentations while gaining hands-on experience with industry modeling tools.

Support planning, design, and production of municipal infrastructure projects (roadways, drainage, water, wastewater). Prepare plans, reports, specs, cost estimates, calculations, and perform field visits and construction observation while collaborating with senior engineers and regulatory agencies.

Serve as the district engineer of record for municipal utility and special purpose districts: advise boards on CIP, bonding, TCEQ compliance, prepare regulatory and bond reports, coordinate with counsel/financial advisors/operators, cultivate client relationships, lead and mentor the Special Districts practice, and pursue business development within the Houston market.

Lead planning, design, and construction delivery of municipal infrastructure projects including roadway, drainage, water, wastewater, and site development. Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, and client/regulatory coordination. Oversee technical documents, quality control, site support, mentoring, and participate in business development activities.

Lead and deliver complex wastewater infrastructure projects across Central Florida. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, construction, and closeout. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate regulatory permitting (FDEP, WMDs), provide technical oversight of treatment and conveyance systems, manage financial performance and risk, and support business development and proposal efforts.

Perform utility power distribution design and planning tasks: gather GIS/Earth data, create design sketches, work orders and material lists, field-check and stake projects, inspect powerline equipment, and apply design and construction standards with engineer guidance.

Lead planning, design, and delivery of hydrology and hydraulics projects including stormwater, roadway drainage, flood mitigation, and watershed planning. Oversee H&H modeling, project schedules, budgets, technical reports, permitting, and client coordination. Supervise junior staff, manage subconsultants, and support business development and proposals.
