Lead and deliver municipal, public works, and transportation projects through planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; coordinate teams and subconsultants; serve as primary client contact; pursue business development; mentor and develop engineering staff; ensure regulatory compliance and oversee technical deliverables.

Lead and oversee roadway design for transportation projects including geometry, 3D modeling, hydraulics, MOT, plans, specifications, estimates, and QA/QC. Supervise and mentor junior staff, coordinate submittals and schedules, complete field assignments as needed, and support project managers on larger projects.

Prepare and produce compliant proposals for public-sector civil engineering pursuits: gather and format content, draft and edit proposal documents, create graphics and marketing materials, maintain marketing databases, manage TxDOT precertification, and support marketing events and brand consistency.
