Designs and develops commercial, multifamily, residential, and municipal site projects, including grading, drainage, roadway, utility infrastructure, and site plans. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, clients, and EITs; creates and revises drawings, updates base plans, manages project documentation, follows CAD standards, and coordinates multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality requirements.

Manage site development projects from conceptual design through construction completion, overseeing grading, drainage, paving, utilities, budgets, schedules, permitting, QA/QC, and stakeholder coordination. Lead multidisciplinary teams, review Civil 3D designs, resolve project challenges, mentor technical staff, and support proposals and client presentations.

Designs subsurface utility engineering projects through civil engineering calculations, utility plans, reports, plans, and specifications. Conducts job-site field visits, gathers client information, interprets complex data, and collaborates on engineering deliverables within schedule and budget constraints. Supports client meetings, business development, and relationship management while learning SUE technologies, electromagnetic equipment, Trimble equipment, and applicable design standards.
