Lead the technical architecture and solution design for complex enterprise partnerships. Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to translate customer environments and business needs into sellable architectures, API designs, proposals, and scoping documents. Lead technical discovery, assess when new product capabilities are needed, and guide validated designs through handoff to Forward Deployed Engineering. Build reusable solution patterns and represent technical feasibility in deal reviews.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Bilt’s multifamily partnerships in Atlanta, from prospecting and executive engagement through negotiation, closing, launch, and expansion. Build a pipeline, manage complex procurement and legal processes, develop market playbooks, attend industry conferences, provide product feedback, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Marketing. The role requires extensive in-person partner engagement and frequent travel.

Lead property onboarding, training, engagement, and ongoing relationship management across Bilt’s property management alliance network. Manage onboarding trackers, launch preparations, training programs, partner communications, member-service escalations, Q&A sessions, and portfolio operations. Serve as an operational leader for property management site teams, attend industry events, and conduct partner visits. The role requires strong property management, CRM, project management, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with 25–30% travel.

Own the resident rent payment and housing platform experience by representing users and property partners, testing product journeys and integrations, managing bugs, monitoring adoption and payment metrics, analyzing behavior, and translating feedback into prioritized recommendations. Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Support, while building AI-driven workflows with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to improve testing, analysis, and documentation.

Owns daily quality operations for Bilt’s AI concierge across rentals, dining, travel, payments, mortgages, and customer experience. Monitors conversations, diagnoses issues across prompts, knowledge, tools, and backend services, ships and validates fixes, reviews pull requests, supports cross-functional teams, builds automations, conducts staging and cross-channel QA, manages regressions, and provisions communication infrastructure for new merchants.

Own technical relationships with enterprise and retail partners from integration scoping through launch and post-launch support. Coordinate product, engineering, payment device, and processor teams; troubleshoot production issues; manage escalations; validate integrations using SQL and Postman; document requirements, bugs, test plans, and training materials; and translate partner feedback into product roadmap input.

Own technical integrations between Bilt’s platform and property partners. Configure and troubleshoot systems, diagnose production issues, translate operational needs into engineering requirements, create test plans and documentation, and coordinate cross-functional resolution of integration defects. The role also involves monitoring failures, validating platform changes, improving workflows through automation and AI tools, and supporting partner-specific releases and operations.

Build and support partner-facing API integrations across Bilt’s payments, loyalty, commerce, and subscription ecosystem. Write production Java, SDKs, reference implementations, documentation, and prototypes; troubleshoot cross-system issues; define API contracts and architectures; support testing and launches; lead technical demos; and advocate internally for partner and platform improvements. The role requires close collaboration with partner engineers, product, sales, partnerships, and support teams.

Design, implement, document, and optimize scalable back-end services for Bilt’s mobile app and website. Build Java microservices with Quarkus, use cloud platforms, improve infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability, and contribute across the development lifecycle. The role involves technical ownership, integration feasibility, collaboration with engineering and product leaders, and mentoring junior engineers.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales into large multifamily owners: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, launch and expand accounts. Spend significant face-to-face time in market, sell to C-suite, manage complex multi-threaded deals, partner with Customer Success and Product, and help build sales playbooks and processes.

As a Technical Product Manager at Bilt, you will lead the development of innovative products, ensure quality execution, and work closely with engineering and design teams while leveraging AI tools for faster iterations.
