Leads property onboarding, launch execution, training, and engagement across the Bilt Alliance network. Manages smaller partnership portfolios, supports escalations, facilitates Q&A sessions, maintains stakeholder relationships, and serves as an operational leader for property management site teams. The role requires property management and leasing expertise, CRM and property management software experience, strong communication and training skills, analytical problem-solving, and 25–30% travel.

Sources candidates across technical and non-technical functions, builds pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, develops outreach strategies, and partners with recruiters and hiring managers. The role also coordinates interviews, maintains accurate ATS and sourcing data in Gem, supports candidate engagement, and experiments with AI-driven recruiting workflows. Responsibilities are split approximately evenly between talent sourcing and recruiting operations.

Owns Bilt’s Travel and Retail events pipeline during a temporary maternity-leave cover. Leads end-to-end production of dinners, conference receptions, fitness activations, and Cannes Lions activities. Responsibilities include setting event goals, managing vendors and partners, negotiating contracts, controlling budgets, coordinating on-site logistics, engaging senior stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and improving scalable production processes.

Own the end-to-end merchant onboarding and risk program for a payment facilitator. Responsibilities include KYB, beneficial-owner KYC, underwriting, fraud and transaction monitoring, vendor configuration, policy development, manual reviews, portfolio analytics, and sponsor bank, card network, and regulatory readiness. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Data Science, and payment partners while balancing merchant conversion with credit, fraud, and compliance risk.

Own activation and retention lifecycle marketing for Bilt Rewards members and partners. Build personalized email, push, and SMS journeys in Braze using Liquid, HTML, and CSS; create dashboards, monitor campaign performance, optimize content, and implement QA processes. Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, and data teams on user journeys, experimentation, event architecture, and campaign automation. This hands-on individual contributor role requires autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own product marketing for Bilt’s enterprise and retail partnerships. Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, customer journeys, launch timelines, sales enablement, partner communications, and ongoing campaign optimization. Collaborate with internal teams and partner marketers to launch joint initiatives, educate customers and partners, drive adoption, and establish scalable launch frameworks across multiple industries.

Build and operate the backend for Bilt’s AI-powered Concierge across chat, SMS, email, and iMessage. Responsibilities include agent tools and workflows, multi-agent orchestration, model routing, distributed systems, messaging, authentication, performance optimization, evaluation harnesses, and proactive engagement features. The role requires production backend experience, LLM familiarity, cloud service operation, strong distributed-systems fundamentals, product judgment, AI coding-agent usage, and clear technical writing.

Own Bilt’s organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Develop, produce, write, publish, and analyze weekly content; manage the social calendar and community engagement; direct freelance creatives; and partner with marketing, communications, design, and video teams on launches and campaigns. Build scalable workflows, formats, and content series that grow the brand’s organic reach.

Own and scale Bilt Originals, the company’s flagship creator marketing program. Develop creator strategy, manage activations, budgets, contracts, content pipelines, measurement, and brand safety. Partner with growth, social, content, and creative teams to convert creator content into measurable brand and business results. Build scalable systems for creator selection, briefing, compensation, usage rights, approvals, and performance optimization, while co-managing creator events and experiences.

Lead end-to-end product design initiatives for enterprise and consumer experiences, from concept through launch and optimization. Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished user experiences; conduct research and use quantitative and qualitative feedback to guide decisions. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and stakeholders, define and scale the design system, and identify opportunities to improve products and customer outcomes.

Lead the technical architecture and solution design for complex enterprise partnerships. Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to translate customer environments and business needs into sellable architectures, API designs, proposals, and scoping documents. Lead technical discovery, assess when new product capabilities are needed, and guide validated designs through handoff to Forward Deployed Engineering. Build reusable solution patterns and represent technical feasibility in deal reviews.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Bilt’s multifamily partnerships in Atlanta, from prospecting and executive engagement through negotiation, closing, launch, and expansion. Build a pipeline, manage complex procurement and legal processes, develop market playbooks, attend industry conferences, provide product feedback, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Marketing. The role requires extensive in-person partner engagement and frequent travel.

Own the resident rent payment and housing platform experience by representing users and property partners, testing product journeys and integrations, managing bugs, monitoring adoption and payment metrics, analyzing behavior, and translating feedback into prioritized recommendations. Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Support, while building AI-driven workflows with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to improve testing, analysis, and documentation.

Own technical relationships with enterprise and retail partners from integration scoping through launch and post-launch support. Coordinate product, engineering, payment device, and processor teams; troubleshoot production issues; manage escalations; validate integrations using SQL and Postman; document requirements, bugs, test plans, and training materials; and translate partner feedback into product roadmap input.

Build and support partner-facing API integrations across Bilt’s payments, loyalty, commerce, and subscription ecosystem. Write production Java, SDKs, reference implementations, documentation, and prototypes; troubleshoot cross-system issues; define API contracts and architectures; support testing and launches; lead technical demos; and advocate internally for partner and platform improvements. The role requires close collaboration with partner engineers, product, sales, partnerships, and support teams.

Design, implement, document, and optimize scalable back-end services for Bilt’s mobile app and website. Build Java microservices with Quarkus, use cloud platforms, improve infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability, and contribute across the development lifecycle. The role involves technical ownership, integration feasibility, collaboration with engineering and product leaders, and mentoring junior engineers.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales into large multifamily owners: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, launch and expand accounts. Spend significant face-to-face time in market, sell to C-suite, manage complex multi-threaded deals, partner with Customer Success and Product, and help build sales playbooks and processes.

As a Technical Product Manager at Bilt, you will lead the development of innovative products, ensure quality execution, and work closely with engineering and design teams while leveraging AI tools for faster iterations.
