Travel regionally for launches and ongoing support.

Serve as the on-site partner lead for property management teams during product rollouts. Drive implementation, training, adoption, and change management (including AI integration). Troubleshoot issues, manage multiple concurrent rollouts, build trusted relationships, translate partner feedback to product and account teams, and travel regionally for launches, training, and check-ins.

Serve as the on-site partner-facing lead to drive product rollouts, adoption, training, change management and real-time troubleshooting across property teams. Own strategic accounts, translate partner needs to product teams, run data-driven AI conversations tied to KPIs, and manage multiple regional implementations and stakeholder relationships.
