Teams at Bilt

Lead property onboarding, training, engagement, and ongoing relationship management across Bilt’s property management alliance network. Manage onboarding trackers, launch preparations, training programs, partner communications, member-service escalations, Q&A sessions, and portfolio operations. Serve as an operational leader for property management site teams, attend industry events, and conduct partner visits. The role requires strong property management, CRM, project management, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with 25–30% travel.

Own the resident rent payment and housing platform experience by representing users and property partners, testing product journeys and integrations, managing bugs, monitoring adoption and payment metrics, analyzing behavior, and translating feedback into prioritized recommendations. Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Support, while building AI-driven workflows with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to improve testing, analysis, and documentation.

Owns daily quality operations for Bilt’s AI concierge across rentals, dining, travel, payments, mortgages, and customer experience. Monitors conversations, diagnoses issues across prompts, knowledge, tools, and backend services, ships and validates fixes, reviews pull requests, supports cross-functional teams, builds automations, conducts staging and cross-channel QA, manages regressions, and provisions communication infrastructure for new merchants.
