The role involves driving portfolio growth through customer engagement, product strategy, and managing external partnerships, focusing on improving banking product usage.

Own end-to-end OPEX operations (AP, corporate card, reimbursements), build and optimize finance workflows (Ramp), perform spend and vendor analysis across key categories, manage corporate card program and policy compliance, support month-end OPEX accruals and reconciliations, and serve as the primary finance contact for expense inquiries and process improvements.

Serve as first-line member support via chat and ticketing, resolving entry-level issues (payments, loyalty), triaging and escalating complex cases, documenting interactions, collaborating with internal teams and BPO partners, staying current on product changes, and delivering patient, organized digital customer service.
