Own product marketing for Bilt’s enterprise and retail partnerships. Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, customer journeys, launch timelines, sales enablement, partner communications, and ongoing campaign optimization. Collaborate with internal teams and partner marketers to launch joint initiatives, educate customers and partners, drive adoption, and establish scalable launch frameworks across multiple industries.

Build and operate the backend for Bilt’s AI-powered Concierge across chat, SMS, email, and iMessage. Responsibilities include agent tools and workflows, multi-agent orchestration, model routing, distributed systems, messaging, authentication, performance optimization, evaluation harnesses, and proactive engagement features. The role requires production backend experience, LLM familiarity, cloud service operation, strong distributed-systems fundamentals, product judgment, AI coding-agent usage, and clear technical writing.

Own Bilt’s organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Develop, produce, write, publish, and analyze weekly content; manage the social calendar and community engagement; direct freelance creatives; and partner with marketing, communications, design, and video teams on launches and campaigns. Build scalable workflows, formats, and content series that grow the brand’s organic reach.
