Own end-to-end OPEX operations (AP, corporate card, reimbursements), build and optimize finance workflows (Ramp), perform spend and vendor analysis across key categories, manage corporate card program and policy compliance, support month-end OPEX accruals and reconciliations, and serve as the primary finance contact for expense inquiries and process improvements.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales into large multifamily owners: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, launch and expand accounts. Spend significant face-to-face time in market, sell to C-suite, manage complex multi-threaded deals, partner with Customer Success and Product, and help build sales playbooks and processes.

Serve as the technical counterpart to Account Executives for enterprise property management partners: lead pre-sales discovery, demos, and solution design; gather API credentials, configure SFTP/API integrations, and own post-sale implementation to launch partners; build the Solutions Engineering function and documentation; complete RFPs and security reviews; travel extensively to partner sites.
