In-person, part-time Fall internship (Sept 14–Nov 19) embedded on teams like Digital/Social, Graphic Design, or Label Ops. Own department projects, compile reports, manage spreadsheets/databases, support events and marketing tasks (social, content, Shopify), perform administrative duties, collaborate on a final project, and learn from industry professionals.

Support the Audience Engagement Team by assisting Creative Strategists with social content calendars, pre-production materials, posting workflows, community management, trend research, and project documentation. Learn platform strategy, artist branding, and campaign execution through hands-on mentorship in a fast-paced label environment, working in-office alongside strategists, creatives, and producers.

Operate as the content operations lead for artists: plan pre-production, build and maintain content calendars, manage posting cadence across platforms, track performance, maintain documentation, and coordinate with directors, producers, and artists to keep social accounts active and consistent.
