Operate as the content operations lead for artists: plan pre-production, build and maintain content calendars, manage posting cadence across platforms, track performance, maintain documentation, and coordinate with directors, producers, and artists to keep social accounts active and consistent.

Lead day-to-day HR for Big Loud entities: manage talent acquisition, onboarding, exits, employment law compliance, employee relations, leadership development, internship program, and culture-building while supporting founder-led growth strategies.
