The Senior Internal Auditor leads risk-based operational, financial, compliance, and SOX audits across real estate, REIT, and hospitality operations. Responsibilities include planning audits, evaluating internal controls and risks, performing testing, documenting findings, validating remediation, preparing reports, and communicating recommendations to management and the Audit Committee. The role also supports enterprise risk assessments, external auditor coordination, special projects, investigations, and improvements to audit methodologies and analytics.

Manages discretionary client assets under the firm’s Global Thematic Equity strategy, conducts macroeconomic and company research, maintains portfolio allocations, and supports portfolio management practices. The role also involves client and prospect communications, financial and estate planning discussions, new business development, professional network coordination, CRM documentation, and preparing investment reports and analyses.

Design, build, and maintain custom CRM applications using C#, ASP.NET Core (WPF and MVC). Write and optimize SQL and Entity Framework Core integrations, create reports, diagnose production issues, write maintainable tested code, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
