Design, build, and maintain custom CRM applications using C#, ASP.NET Core (WPF and MVC). Write and optimize SQL and Entity Framework Core integrations, create reports, diagnose production issues, write maintainable tested code, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

Lead all financial accounting and reporting activities including monthly statements and SEC filings (10-Q/10-K). Manage and develop accounting staff, ensure US GAAP compliance and internal controls, review cash flow forecasts, analyze property operating variances, oversee A/R and doubtful account provisions, and drive process improvements and automation.

Broker and manage personal insurance client relationships, coordinate service delivery, prepare coverage reviews and renewal proposals, select and negotiate with insurers, maintain policy records in AMS/Vertafore, and drive client retention, growth, and process improvements.
