Seasonal snow plowers and labourers provide on-call snow removal and ice control during winter storms in North and West Vancouver. Duties include plowing, shoveling, salting, equipment operation, site safety, tool maintenance, and reporting unsafe conditions. The role requires physical fitness, reliability, schedule flexibility, and availability for early morning shifts lasting 8–12 hours. Snow removal or outdoor labour experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is an asset.

Perform garden maintenance and softscaping tasks: pruning, weeding, planting, mulching, turf and shrub installation. Assist with basic landscape construction (patios, pathways, edging, retaining walls) and work as part of a team to maintain properties year-round.

Perform landscaping, gardening, hardscaping and maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, trimming, planting and operating power tools. Lead crews, follow directions, maintain reliability and safety, and support year-round services (including snow & ice). Build and install hardscape and landscape features (retaining walls, pavers, walkways, driveways, sod, artificial grass, decks, fences, excavation, planting).
