Softscaper

Do you love working outdoors, getting your hands dirty, and making landscapes come alive?
We’re looking for a motivated Softscaper to join our team!

Beyond Landscaping Ltd  is one of the fastest growing companies on the North Shore. We provide hardscaping (designing, building), gardening & planting, as well as snow & ice management services to our customers. We take great pride in the work we do and because of this, we are expanding rapidly and adding to our team. We treat our employees and our customers like our business depends on it - because we really be-leaf it does!

• Garden maintenance: pruning, weeding, planting, mulching, lawn care
  

• Softscaping: installing soil, turf, shrubs, and seasonal plants
  

• Assisting with basic landscape construction : patios, pathways, edging, and retaining walls
  

• Working closely with a team to keep properties looking their best year-round
  

• A valid driver’s license (preferred) and comfort driving pickup trucks
  

• Experience in landscaping, softscaping, or garden maintenance (preferred)
  

• Ability to learn quickly, follow directions, and adapt on the job
  

• Eagerness to learn the craft from experienced landscapers
  

• Reliability, strong time management, and the ability to get things done
  

• Efficiency and a strong work ethic
  

• A positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to help
  

• Commitment to constantly improving and learning
  

• Integrity — doing the right thing even when no one’s watching
  

• Confident yet humble, with respect for the team and clients
