━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- On-call 24/7 during snow events (shifts often start ~3:30 am)
- Shifts: 8–12 hrs depending on storm severity
- Location: North & West Vancouver
- $50 per day shift bonus for every snow event
- Own car, SUV, 4x4 or truck = paid at a higher hourly rate

DUTIES

- Snow removal & ice control (plowing, shoveling, salting)
- Assist with equipment operations and site safety
- Maintain tools/equipment and report unsafe conditions
