Lead project quality assurance and control for the Auckland Airport automation project: develop QAPs/ITPs, perform inspections, manage NCRs and corrective actions, support FATs/SATs and supplier quality, oversee warehouse/material control and ensure compliance for project handover.

Develop, commission, and test PLC code for the CrisBag baggage handling platform. Participate in virtual and physical commissioning, review layouts, document solutions, and support product maintenance and enhancements.

Serve as central contact for customers: handle inquiries, log and process orders, coordinate responses with engineering, sales and logistics, update CRM and internal systems, and collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
