As part of our dynamic team of 15 engineers and technical designers, specializes in mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering, you’ll contribute to the development, optimization, and maintenance of world-class systems. Collaborating with departments like Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineering, you’ll help ensure seamless integration and top-tier performance for airports across the globe.
In this position, you’ll take charge of executing specialized variant projects, collaborating with a team of 60 skilled colleagues in our Airport Division. Together, you’ll deliver large-scale, high-quality products that impact airports and travelers worldwide. What You’ll Do
As a key player in project execution of special elements, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders—Technical Project Managers, Product Owners, suppliers, and production teams—you’ll ensure seamless coordination across every stage of the project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving Project Success: Plan and manage tasks to achieve timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Resource Planning: Collaborate with the Team Manager on task estimation and monthly resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align and coordinate regularly with team members from multiple departments.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, manage scope changes, and lead reviews of project specifications.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with a technical background and a keen interest in project management. You may hold a degree in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering and have experience in a project-driven environment. It's a plus if you’ve already worked as a project manager and are eager to further develop your career in that direction. You are:
- Proactive and Solution-Oriented: Motivated to take on new challenges and find effective solutions.
- Skilled in Collaboration: Able to navigate complex structures and work seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.
- A Clear Communicator: Naturally able to communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear way.
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus) and open to travel.
