Lead end-to-end QA delivery for product releases, including sprint and release planning, test planning, manual and automation testing, API testing, CI/CD workflows, defect management, and quality ownership across the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with product, development, and business teams, mentor QA members, improve testing standards, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js/Next.js, Node.js, PHP, Python, Angular, and related technologies. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing databases and APIs, writing and testing code, managing Git branches, participating in Agile ceremonies, deploying and troubleshooting applications, implementing CI/CD and code-quality checks, and collaborating with product, UX, and QA teams.

Manages office infrastructure, expenses, invoices, vendors, supplies, inventory, events, outsourced services, and office and IT assets. Maintains asset records, coordinates repairs and replacements, conducts audits, and supports system administrators with internal technology troubleshooting. Also follows up on monthly payment and account renewals while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Manage DevOps infrastructure, cloud servers, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, high availability, and IT security. Administer domains, hosting, email, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and related services. Support internal PCs, networks, firewalls, software, user accounts, and IT assets. Troubleshoot issues for teams, clients, and vendors while maintaining documentation and service continuity.

Guide new customers through onboarding with product demonstrations, personalized training, and setup support. Build strong relationships, resolve inquiries through support channels and tickets, provide ongoing customer assistance, and gather feedback for product improvements. Collaborate with internal product teams to address customer needs, maintain product knowledge, document interactions, and ensure timely, satisfactory customer outcomes.

Execute digital marketing campaigns, generate and qualify SaaS leads, and support business development sales goals. Manage social media, blogs, advertisements, product content, SEO, SEM, and multimedia materials. Analyze website and advertising performance, optimize marketing efforts, maintain lead-generation flow, process campaign leads, participate in marketing brainstorming, and keep CRM data accurate.

Manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts, bookkeeping, financial reporting, customer collections, vendor payouts, cash flow support, and tax compliance. The role requires accounting knowledge, accurate recordkeeping, communication with customers and vendors, and proficiency with Excel, Office applications, Tally, and Zoho Books.
