As an Accounts Executive, you will be a part of our accounts team, contributing to the financial health and stability of our organization. You will support various accounting operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy across all functions.

Responsibilities:
- Managing business accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounts across the business units.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records through bookkeeping activities.
- Preparation of financial reports and analyses for management and external stakeholders.
- Working with CA team and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws, including GST, IT, and other applicable taxes.
- Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections.
- Support cash flow management efforts to ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
- Managing vendor payouts, ensuring prompt and accurate payments.
Required Skills:
- Good English and Tamil communication, both written and verbal.
- Basic documentation and email writing skills.
- Able to write business letters to customers, vendors, and stakeholders for various accounting needs.
- Good Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, other Office Apps and accounting software like Tally and Zoho Books.
- Excellent understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
