Candidates should have accounting fundamentals, strong attention to detail, communication skills in English and Tamil, and proficiency in Excel, Office applications, Tally, and Zoho Books.

Lead end-to-end QA delivery for product releases, including sprint and release planning, test planning, manual and automation testing, API testing, CI/CD workflows, defect management, and quality ownership across the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with product, development, and business teams, mentor QA members, improve testing standards, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
