Provide safe medication administration and basic clinical care to assisted living and memory care residents. Duties include med setup and passes, narcotic counts, vitals, ADL assistance, documentation, scheduling doctor appointments, admitting residents, communicating with families and health staff, and maintaining resident safety and dignity.

Provide tier 1 service desk support: manage ticket queue, resolve basic IT issues, escalate to tier 2, manage iPhone/iPad via MDM, deliver user training, handle vendor/admin tasks, maintain documentation and HIPAA-compliant communications, provide occasional on-call and travel support.

Support accounts payable functions including vendor setup and ACH verification, invoice data entry into DSSI and Multiview, invoice imports, reconciliations, check production, 1099 assistance, audit support, fund transfers, payroll journal entries, P-Card backup, and general AP reporting and front desk support.

Support community occupancy goals by coordinating move-ins, conducting tours, maintaining CRM records, producing occupancy reports, assisting marketing and events, liaising with residents/families and internal teams, and providing dining support. No direct supervisory responsibilities.

Lead development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness across multi-site senior living communities. Oversee regional and community sales leaders, provide training/coaching, manage marketing collateral and vendor relationships, analyze sales data, support acquisitions and budget planning, and travel regularly to communities.

Drive occupancy by meeting census budget goals through relationship sales, community outreach, referral development, individualized tours, follow-up, and admissions coordination.
