Provides medication administration and daily living support to elderly and disabled residents. Responsibilities include preparing and dispensing medications, narcotic counts, treatments, vital signs, documentation, physician coordination, resident safety, personal care, activities, meals, call-light response, family communication, and maintaining confidentiality. May serve as a shift or team leader and supports a compassionate, dignified resident environment.

Develops and executes sales and marketing plans for an assisted living community. Responsibilities include meeting census and sales goals, conducting tours, managing referrals and community outreach, coordinating admissions, maintaining sales reports and CRM data, overseeing advertising and marketing budgets, conducting competitive analysis, and training staff on sales processes. The role also supports dining service coverage and requires regular driving to referral sources.

Provides front-desk reception and customer service for residents, families, applicants, visitors, vendors, and team members. Answers and routes calls, manages mail and faxes, maintains office-supply inventory, supports managers with projects and mailings, protects confidential information, and assists with meal-service coverage, including resident orders, drink refills, and dining-room preparation. Maintains a professional, welcoming environment and performs additional assigned duties.
