Directs sales and marketing activities for an assisted living community, including census growth, referral development, outreach, tours, follow-up, admissions coordination, advertising, competitive analysis, CRM management, reporting, budgeting, and sales training. The role builds relationships with prospective residents, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations while supporting resident services and dining operations.

Provides administrative and documentation support for an interdisciplinary care team. Prepares meeting materials, manages agendas, records minutes, tracks assessments and participant health events, coordinates care plan schedules, maintains EHR documentation, supports regulatory compliance, and communicates with participants, caregivers, and community partners.

Provides skilled nursing assessments to PACE participants, collaborates with the Interdisciplinary Team and caregivers to implement care plans, and delivers patient and family education. The RN works with frail or elderly participants in a homecare setting, documents using electronic health records, and uses medical equipment. Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance are required.
