Supports and maintains server, virtualization, cloud, and Microsoft infrastructure environments. Administers Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Nutanix, and cloud platforms. Monitors system health, performs patching and deployments, troubleshoots infrastructure issues, supports backups and recovery, maintains documentation, assists with security remediation and infrastructure projects, and provides technical guidance to Service Desk teams. Participates in on-call rotation and escalates complex issues to senior administrators.

Leads the Finance Transformation Program, improving budgeting, planning, reporting, controls, automation, and standardized finance processes. Analyzes financial and operational performance, develops executive and Board reporting, partners with Data & Analytics on finance data architecture and analytics, and supports AI adoption and digital transformation across finance functions.
