The Account Executive will grow BDG’s travel advertising business by prospecting, managing outbound pipelines, pitching, negotiating, closing, and expanding accounts across airlines, hotels, destinations, and cruise lines. The role requires tracking sales activity and forecasts in CRM tools, partnering with sales leadership, learning BDG’s media portfolio, and using AI tools to improve prospecting and sales materials.

Own the full sales cycle for BDG’s media and entertainment accounts, including outbound prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closing, and account growth. Build a high-volume pipeline, identify expansion opportunities, meet activity and revenue targets, and report forecasts through CRM tools. The role also involves using AI and sales technologies to develop prospect lists, outreach sequences, and pitch materials while partnering with sales leadership to scale the entertainment business.

Own the full outbound sales cycle across BDG’s media portfolio, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closing, and managing sourced business. Build high-volume pipelines, identify new advertiser opportunities, meet activity and revenue targets, and help develop outbound sales processes. Use AI and sales tools to create prospect lists, sequences, and pitch materials while tracking pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.

Supports experiential marketing activations from concept through execution, including vendor coordination, event logistics, budgeting, scheduling, pitch materials, timelines, and post-event recaps. Collaborates with Creative, Sales, Editorial, and Trends & Insights teams, researches vendors and venues, tracks industry trends, and assists with travel logistics. Requires strong organization, communication, visual storytelling, and willingness to travel and work occasional nights and weekends.

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead, architect, and build ERP software, collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize operations and deliver impactful software solutions.

Lead accounting operations including month-end close, cash management, financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, tax compliance, and team management while partnering with FP&A and executive leadership to improve processes and support strategic decisions.

Lead ideation, pitching, and strategy for branded activations; manage budgets, vendors, contracts, logistics, and client communications; oversee on-site execution and recaps; refine team templates and mentor junior staff. Travel and off-hours work as needed.

Lead and optimize BDG's data infrastructure, driving the development of scalable data pipelines and enhancing storage and reporting systems while fostering a culture of innovation.
