Supports infrastructure and renewable resources investment activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, portfolio company monitoring, valuations, strategic initiatives, market research, and investment presentations. The two-year early talent program provides training, mentorship, and exposure to private, public, debt, and fund investments, with potential international travel for deal execution and portfolio engagement.

Supports corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple legal entities. Responsibilities include month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, inter-company accounting, treasury support, tax documentation, audit working papers, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. The Senior Analyst level also reviews work, provides guidance, and mentors accounting technicians. The role is based in Victoria, British Columbia, with limited remote flexibility.

Leads sourcing, underwriting, structuring, execution, and monitoring of private credit, structured credit, alternative credit, co-investment, and fund opportunities. Performs detailed credit analysis, financial modeling, valuation, portfolio construction, risk management, and due diligence. Manages relationships with investment partners, sponsors, intermediaries, and advisors; supports workouts and restructurings; prepares investment memoranda and presentations; and mentors junior investment professionals.

Supports strategic resources investments across metals, mining, and power by researching companies and markets, building financial models, conducting valuation and due diligence, preparing investment committee materials, monitoring portfolio performance, and supporting year-end valuations. The role requires strong transaction execution, analytical, writing, and communication skills, with travel as needed for due diligence or portfolio monitoring.

Leads origination, underwriting, structuring, and monitoring of metals, mining, and power investments across credit and equity markets. Evaluates opportunities, conducts due diligence, applies commodity and mine-finance expertise, prepares investment committee materials, manages portfolio risk, develops sector relationships, and mentors junior team members.

Conduct research, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and execution for publicly traded and private infrastructure investments. Support sourcing, portfolio monitoring, investment recommendations, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Contribute to strategy, origination, and travel for on-site due diligence as required.

Own and evolve BCI's Workday platform: design, build, monitor, and maintain integrations and reports across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Procurement. Lead architecture, release readiness, root-cause analysis, mentorship, and platform governance while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.
