Serve as an internal consultant delivering people analytics and workforce intelligence. Build predictive models, perform advanced statistical analyses, create executive dashboards and strategic briefs, support workforce planning and organizational design, and present insights to senior leadership to inform talent and business decisions.

Support financial reporting evolution by preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing audits, and improving reporting processes with a focus on IFRS compliance and AI solutions.

Support SOC 1 examination and reporting, assess and help design internal controls, coordinate testing with external auditors, maintain process documentation and controls owner certifications, report issues and status to stakeholders, and support internal controls workstreams and assurance projects.

Lead Workday finance applications (Financials, Adaptive Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Expenses), manage the Workday Finance Steward team, prioritize enhancements, oversee AMS vendor delivery, translate finance reporting needs into Workday design, maintain security/ITGCs, and drive user adoption and continuous improvement across finance processes.

Support Infrastructure & Renewable Resources portfolio operations by executing complex transaction processing, reconciliations, valuations, KPI/ESG data management (eFront), and payment coordination. Analyze notices for tax impacts, maintain records, update procedures, liaise with external partners, and leverage technology and AI to streamline workflows.

The Director, Stewardship will lead BCI's ESG program, engaging with portfolio companies and stakeholders, managing teams, and overseeing proxy voting and engagement strategies.

The Director, ERM leads BCI's enterprise risk management program, chairs committees, oversees risk frameworks, and fosters relationships with stakeholders. Responsible for strategic risk oversight and team development.

The Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer II designs and improves infrastructure for investment operations, focusing on cloud and on-prem systems. Responsibilities include automation, system administration, and collaboration with teams to enhance service delivery and security.
