Executes quarterly private equity fund and principal valuations, validates fees, carried interest, commitments, and unfunded amounts, and prepares internal and portfolio reporting. Supports audits, SOC1 controls, accounting treatment, data validation, and reporting insights. The role also improves AI-enabled workflows, automation, dashboards, and data quality while collaborating with internal teams, external managers, auditors, and other partners.

Lead investment accounting and financial reporting for pooled funds and programs, resolve complex IFRS issues, validate daily net asset values, oversee team operations and internal controls, drive automation and AI-enabled reporting improvements, and coordinate audits and stakeholder engagements.

Provide transaction legal services for Private Equity investments, act as embedded business partner to deal teams, draft and negotiate investment agreements, coordinate external advisors and regulatory processes, manage legal risk, and use legal technology/AI to improve processes.

Provide business-focused legal advice on capital markets and credit investments, lead and coordinate complex transactional matters, draft and negotiate investment agreements, manage external counsel, facilitate regulatory processes, and partner proactively with investment, tax, compliance, finance and operations teams to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.

Conduct research, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and execution for publicly traded and private infrastructure investments. Support sourcing, portfolio monitoring, investment recommendations, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Contribute to strategy, origination, and travel for on-site due diligence as required.

Lead adoption of emerging technologies (particularly AI) across the firm, partnering with investment and corporate teams to identify opportunities, run experiments and pilots, and transition solutions into production. Represent BCI externally on AI topics, support AI governance and literacy, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Own and evolve BCI's Workday platform: design, build, monitor, and maintain integrations and reports across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Procurement. Lead architecture, release readiness, root-cause analysis, mentorship, and platform governance while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.

Support financial reporting evolution by preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing audits, and improving reporting processes with a focus on IFRS compliance and AI solutions.

Lead Finance technology strategy and programs to maximize value from ERP/EPM platforms (Workday, SimCorp), drive AI and automation use cases, integrate finance systems, and lead change management and adoption across Finance. Manage the Manager, Workday Finance Solutions and partner with Technology to deliver measurable process improvements and platform modernization.

Lead enterprise architecture for BCI's modernization: define standards, patterns, and roadmaps across application, data, integration, cloud, security, and AI. Review delivery architectures, prototype innovations, establish AI governance, and embed risk, compliance, and automation into architecture practice.
