Grows sales of insulation, adhesives, and HVAC products by managing customer relationships, developing new business, presenting technical solutions, negotiating and closing sales, forecasting revenue, and meeting sales goals. The role develops sales and marketing plans, researches markets, supports trade shows, prepares reports, and collaborates with internal teams. Regular customer visits and travel up to 80% are required.

The Chief Financial Officer provides strategic financial leadership across accounting, forecasting, treasury, tax, risk management, compliance, acquisitions, and internal controls. The role advises executive leadership and the Board, evaluates divisional performance, supports growth and capital allocation, leads finance transformation and ERP optimization, develops the finance team, oversees tax filings, and directs acquisition due diligence and integration. Experience in multi-location manufacturing, international transactions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.

Apply and reconcile customer payments, prepare bank deposits, process card payments and refunds, resolve discrepancies and inquiries, manage account adjustments and returns, and support monthly account reconciliation reports in collaboration with Credit and Collections.

Owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting from sourcing and screening through onboarding. Partners with HR and hiring managers to define hiring needs, conducts interviews, maintains job postings and ATS records, supports job fairs and community outreach, and advises on candidate selection. Also assists with compensation administration, HR process improvements, leadership training, and recruiting-system training.
