Owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting from sourcing and screening through onboarding. Partners with HR and hiring managers to define hiring needs, conducts interviews, maintains job postings and ATS records, supports job fairs and community outreach, and advises on candidate selection. Also assists with compensation administration, HR process improvements, leadership training, and recruiting-system training.

Manages assigned customer credit accounts, reviews applications, establishes credit lines, conducts financial and third-party report analysis, and recommends approvals or denials. Maintains customer records, prioritizes credit reviews, coordinates with customers, sales, accounts receivable, and invoicing, processes lien rights, manages follow-up, and supports timely payment collection.

Leads overall manufacturing plant operations, including production, quality, safety, maintenance, shipping, receiving, administration, staffing, and facility upkeep. Drives on-time delivery, cost control, inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, OSHA and DOT compliance, equipment maintenance, and team development. Coordinates materials, labor, production schedules, customer deliveries, audits, corrective actions, and communication with sales and corporate leadership.
