Facilitates Strengthening Families Program sessions for children ages 3–5 and supports family skills training. Delivers curriculum activities, leads participant discussions, coaches families, collects data, monitors attendance, maintains confidential records, attends trainings and debriefs, and reports suspected abuse or neglect. The role requires strong communication, organization, cultural responsiveness, and experience working with children, families, caregivers, or groups.

Conduct client intake interviews, assess needs, assist clients with electronic benefits applications (SNAP, MassHealth, SSI/SSDI, veterans benefits), perform outreach to agencies and communities, and cross-train on actuarial risk/needs assessment and contingency management tools to support client essential needs.

Provides daily case management for youth in a diversion program. Meets with youth and families, conducts risk and needs assessments, develops individualized diversion agreements, coordinates interventions, monitors progress, maintains confidential records, communicates with service providers and justice-system stakeholders, attends relevant hearings, and collects case data. The role requires relationship-building, community engagement, critical thinking, adaptability, and experience supporting at-risk youth and diverse communities.

Connects schools, families, students, and community providers to support student academic and social success. Provides advocacy, behavioral and emotional support, IEP assistance, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, service coordination, and referrals for youth and families.

Supports Community Justice Support Center clients in identifying, applying for, and maintaining public benefits and community resources. Conducts needs intakes, submits MassHealth and SNAP applications, assists with SSI, SSDI, and veterans benefits, conducts community and agency outreach, and performs substance testing procedures while maintaining chain of custody. Requires an associate degree in human services, at least one year of case management experience, strong computer skills, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable background check.

Supervise and care for children ages 0–12 while parents participate in the program. Create a safe, welcoming environment; lead age-appropriate activities; assist with meals; set up and clean up materials; communicate with caregivers; maintain confidential records; follow safety procedures; and report emergencies or parent needs to the Site Coordinator.

Provide strength-based, community-based behavioral support to youth by building relationships, developing social-skills activities, collaborating with care teams, supporting risk management planning alongside clinicians, and driving to meet client needs.
