Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires and interns, handling pre-employment checks, offer letters, orientation, records maintenance, and department-specific onboarding. Serve as primary contact for new employees, partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition, and identify process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.

Supervise and engage children ages 0-12 during a 2-hour weekly Strengthening Families program: lead age-appropriate activities, maintain safety and cleanliness, follow emergency procedures, coordinate with staff, report concerns, and support an inclusive environment. Driving is required.

Bay State Community Services offers bachelor-level internships in behavioral health across outpatient, residential, and home-based settings. Interns receive supervised clinical/generalist training, work with youth and families, complete required internship hours and supervision, and gain skills in systems serving vulnerable populations. Candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing education, supervision needs, hours, driving ability, and professional goals.

Provide in-reach, enrollment, and ongoing case management for justice-involved individuals returning to the community. Develop intake files and reentry plans, coordinate services (education, career counseling, housing, benefits, referrals), maintain monthly contact for 18 months, and connect clients with mentoring and community-based supports.

Provide one-to-one behavioral support for youth by building relationships, developing social-skill activities, collaborating with care teams, using strength-based interventions, supporting risk management plans, and driving to client locations.

Provide clinical experience in a multi-service community agency with training and supervision. Interns work with youth and families across programs (in-home therapy, outpatient, recovery, prevention), complete required internship hours and supervision, use agency systems, maintain documentation, possibly travel locally, and may perform community engagement or evaluation tasks. Opportunities may be paid depending on program and student level.

Provide in-home parenting education and support focused on child development, early learning, and family well-being. Develop family plans, run parent groups/workshops, coordinate with community providers, and perform regular home visits. Driving within the catchment area is required.
