Conduct client intake and needs assessments, help individuals apply for MassHealth, SNAP, SSI, SSDI, and veterans benefits, and coordinate with state agencies and community resources. Maintain current benefits information, complete outreach, and support risk and treatment planning. Assist with urine collection and breath alcohol testing while following chain-of-custody and testing protocols.

Supervise and care for children ages 0–12 while parents participate in the program. Create a safe, welcoming environment; lead age-appropriate activities; assist with meals; set up and clean up materials; communicate with caregivers; maintain confidential records; follow safety procedures; and report emergencies or parent needs to the Site Coordinator.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for the Community Justice Support Center including client-facing communication, recordkeeping, scheduling, data entry, report preparation, office supply management, and assistance with outreach and compliance while maintaining confidentiality.
