Build, test, and maintain PHP/Symfony backend services and web applications. Write well-tested, maintainable code using SOLID and DDD, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture, and use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully.

Provide Level 1 IT support as first responder; manage user access and business logic in tools; maintain documentation and knowledge bases; deliver basic user training; document requirements and communicate incidents, changes, and new developments; escalate unresolved issues to Level 2.
