Lead and improve finance operations, strengthen controls and compliance, support CFO and business leaders, oversee accounting, closing, A/R, A/P, payroll, tax, treasury, audits, FP&A partnership, and drive process improvements across international markets.

Lead HR administration and payroll across three brands, ensuring flawless Swiss payroll execution, compliance with labor and social-security regulations, audit readiness, invoicing/accounts receivable oversight, team leadership, and cross-brand governance. Serve as escalation point for payroll, regulatory, and operational issues while optimizing processes and reporting to the COO.
