Leads a 2–4 person engineering team while remaining hands-on in a TypeScript codebase. Owns delivery planning, performance management, career development, technical contributions, incident response, team health, quality, and compliance. Partners with Product, Design, and engineering teams to translate strategy into reliable software, manage risks and dependencies, remove blockers, and improve productivity through AI-enabled engineering practices.

Own enterprise partnership lifecycle marketing across journey architecture, segmentation, creative strategy, execution, experimentation, reporting, and optimization. Build scalable journey templates, creative frameworks, QA processes, KPI dashboards, and reporting standards from scratch. Serve as a Customer Success point of contact, lead partner launch workstreams, diagnose performance issues, present recommendations, and use AI to accelerate marketing workflows while applying sound judgment.

Lead identification, testing, and scaling of new paid channels (streaming TV, programmatic, paid social, YouTube). Design incrementality/holdout tests with BI, own attribution and reporting, build channel playbooks, optimize conversion signal passback, drive creative testing and briefs, manage platform partnerships, and recommend budget/investment decisions to senior stakeholders.
