Lead the banks enterprise compliance program, oversee regulatory compliance (CRA, HMDA, fair lending, privacy), vendor management, training, examination readiness, legal correspondence, and reporting to senior management and the Board. Lead credit underwriting, approval, and portfolio oversight across commercial, commercial real estate, and private banking. Monitor portfolio performance, conduct credit reviews, manage problem loans, oversee appraisals, advise senior leadership, and coach credit analysts.
