Underwrite and approve commercial equipment finance transactions, analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, leverage, liquidity, and industry risk, and prepare credit recommendations. The role partners with Sales on financing structures, evaluates exceptions, supports portfolio reviews and reporting, participates in audits and process improvements, ensures regulatory compliance, and communicates decisions to stakeholders. It also offers opportunities to influence credit policy and develop toward Credit leadership.

Reviews and approves commercial credit applications within policy limits, communicates decisions, analyzes financial statements and cash flow, monitors delinquent and high-risk accounts, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains partner relationships, and prepares credit risk reports for management.

Manages full-cycle recruiting across banking, operations, lending, and corporate functions. Partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, screens and interviews candidates, coordinates hiring processes, and supports offers, background checks, onboarding, and orientation. Maintains applicant tracking records, ensures compliance with employment laws and EEO requirements, monitors recruiting metrics, and improves sourcing, pipeline health, and candidate engagement.
