Manage IT finance for digital technology infrastructure, including accounts payable for major vendors, budget-versus-actual analysis, unit cost modeling, contract optimization, and billing dispute resolution. Partner with Finance, Strategic Management, procurement, and technology teams to align spending with organizational priorities. Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities while supporting forecasting, reporting, and technology strategy.

Leads cybersecurity risk surveillance, sector-wide assessments, policy and framework development, regulatory guidance, and cyber risk infrastructure improvements for the financial sector. Provides technical advisory, monitors emerging threats, develops supervisory tools and training, and collaborates with financial institutions, regulators, and industry stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity governance and risk mitigation.

Manage IT software development and infrastructure projects from strategy and business case development through delivery. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, requirements and architecture review, procurement, vendor coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and project prioritization. The role also monitors emerging technologies, manages project expenditures, and builds relationships with external experts to improve IT project management practices and services.
