Supports media relations, strategic communications, media campaigns, stakeholder engagement, press events, spokesperson preparation, media monitoring, and communications project management for a central bank. Coordinates internal teams and external vendors, tracks campaign deliverables, monitors economic and policy-related coverage, identifies reputational implications, and assists with departmental planning and reporting.

Manage procurement requisitions, supplier relationships, agreement compliance, performance KPIs, contract disputes, governance, budgets, and operational improvements. The role advises internal departments, coordinates with centralized procurement and legal teams, monitors supplier obligations, prepares financial plans, safeguards auction banknote stock, and supports staff development. A degree in accounting, economics, banking, business, finance, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field is required, with graduation or preferably three years of relevant experience.

Develops and updates currency quality and integrity policies, supervises currency quality assessments, counterfeit authentication, forensic examinations, and laboratory activities. Analyzes counterfeiting trends and security features, conducts technical research and material simulations, recommends improvements, manages section budgets, and performs related administrative assignments.

Leads regional economic surveillance and forecasting assessments, conducts economic and financial-sector research, identifies emerging risks, and develops policy proposals. Builds strategic relationships with industry players, government agencies, and multilateral organizations to gather regional insights. Supports the Regional Head and headquarters departments in strategic agenda execution, advocacy, communications, performance, training, and research.

Analyzes stakeholder needs, business requirements, processes, information needs, and IT solution options. Develops business cases, supports buy-versus-build decisions, advises on solution resilience and scalability, identifies implementation risks, and ensures alignment with business objectives, IT strategy, policies, and stakeholder expectations. Also manages solution delivery quality and provides internal technical consulting in a banking environment.
