Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct Stakeholders Analysis to determine the various stakeholder groups, their needs, and how IT solutions would satisfy their needs.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and assist each of the stakeholder groups to develop the business case scenarios and align the business objectives, priorities and the achievements of the business outcomes through the implementation of IT or business solutions.
- Conceptualise the end-to-end view of the business processes, and the interdependencies with various process owners, and stakeholders groups involved in the entire process life cycle and identify processes which will be supported by the solution.
- Gather, analyse and document information requirements of all stakeholders through the end-to-end business processes and possible IT solutions supporting the processes.
- Make recommendations for 'buy vs. build' decision and responsible for analysing business opportunities to ensure IT solutions that are resilient, secure, scalable and flexible to meet the current and future business needs.
- Act as internal consultant by providing technical advisory services which are aligned to the IT and business directions, strategies and optimisation of IT investments and compliance with IT policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Identify business risks and impact associated to the implementation of IT solutions with business requirements while ensuring stakeholders’ expectations are met.

- Ability to work in a changing environment, particularly in the exploitation of optimising IT infrastructure and application to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services in the Bank.
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in business or IT related fields.
- Experience: At least 6 years working experience within a Banking environment.
- Relevant Certification: Candidates holding an IIBA CBAP certification or an equivalent qualification will have an added advantage.
