Own Open-to-Buy and inventory planning for assigned departments, maintain forecasts and replenishment in planning systems, manage vendor forecasts and order pipelines, partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain, monitor weekly performance, support pre-season forecasting, prioritize top SKUs, and identify process improvements using data and AI-enabled tools.

Lead Babylist's merchandise planning, allocation, and inventory strategy for $1B+ scale. Build and scale the Planning org, drive forecasting/allocation platform adoption, set operating standards and KPIs (in-stock, weeks of supply, aged inventory), own inventory deployment and drop-ship strategy across distribution, and partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance to improve customer experience and working capital.

Own end-to-end product analytics for Babylist Wishlists and Celebrations. Build KPI frameworks, improve event instrumentation, analyze clickstream data, design experiments, and connect user behavior to retention and long-term value. Partner with product and engineering teams to influence strategy, create dashboards and reporting, and support AI-assisted analysis across multiple user types and business initiatives.

Own end-to-end product analytics for Wishlists and Celebrations, including KPI frameworks, event instrumentation, experimentation, dashboards, and retention analysis. Partner with product and engineering teams to improve multi-sided user experiences and connect behavior to long-term business value. Operate independently as a senior individual contributor while advancing AI-assisted analytics practices across the Data organization.

Own and evolve Babylist's AWS infrastructure, Terraform IaC, Kubernetes/EKS clusters, CI/CD, and observability for a platform serving millions. Lead incident response, improve developer tooling, and set reliability standards across engineering teams.

Own end-to-end product experiences across web and native mobile: set design vision, run user research, rapidly prototype (AI-enabled), write production frontend code, evolve design systems, mentor designers, and drive measurable product outcomes.

Lead product for personalization and discovery across Babylist: own strategy, KPIs, and quality for recommendations and feed surfaces. Partner with ML engineering on retrieval, ranking, candidate generation, and evaluation. Drive one-year roadmap, commercial impact, AI-native prototyping, and mentor PMs while raising company-wide judgment on ML investment and implementation.

Lead end-to-end ownership of a major consumer product surface, set one-year strategy and quality standards, use AI-native tools to prototype and ship, mentor PMs, define KPIs, and drive measurable business impact while raising the team's AI-product craft.
