Provide warm, expert in-store service to expectant and new families: greet guests, guide product discovery, assist with building/managing registries, maintain product knowledge, support showroom operations, merchandising, events, and collaborate on content and feedback.

Design and scale data pipelines and ML/LLM systems, build agentic automation for pipeline generation and maintenance, improve data monitoring, and collaborate with analysts, product, and ML teams to deliver reliable end-to-end data and AI infrastructure for a high-growth e-commerce platform.

Leads weekend fulfillment-center operations across Friday through Sunday, managing staffing, workflow sequencing, productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and employee relations for 10–25 associates. Develops SOPs, monitors operational metrics, resolves root causes, partners with HR and the Assistant Manager, and coaches employees for performance and advancement. This hands-on, on-site role requires extended standing and walking, regular lifting up to 20 pounds, and extensive floor leadership in a warehouse environment.
