Teams at Babylist

Lead Babylist's merchandise planning, allocation, and inventory strategy for $1B+ scale. Build and scale the Planning org, drive forecasting/allocation platform adoption, set operating standards and KPIs (in-stock, weeks of supply, aged inventory), own inventory deployment and drop-ship strategy across distribution, and partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance to improve customer experience and working capital.

Own end-to-end product analytics for Babylist Wishlists and Celebrations. Build KPI frameworks, improve event instrumentation, analyze clickstream data, design experiments, and connect user behavior to retention and long-term value. Partner with product and engineering teams to influence strategy, create dashboards and reporting, and support AI-assisted analysis across multiple user types and business initiatives.

Own end-to-end product analytics for Wishlists and Celebrations, including KPI frameworks, event instrumentation, experimentation, dashboards, and retention analysis. Partner with product and engineering teams to improve multi-sided user experiences and connect behavior to long-term business value. Operate independently as a senior individual contributor while advancing AI-assisted analytics practices across the Data organization.
