Build and lead Babylist’s customer support enablement program from the ground up. Own the knowledge base, SOPs, training, AI copilot workflows, and feedback systems supporting human and AI agents. Analyze support data to identify documentation gaps, improve chatbot coverage and resolution rates, increase copilot adoption, and reduce escalations. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Support, BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to establish scalable, AI-native support operations.

Own Babylist’s SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy across traditional search and AI-powered platforms. Lead the organic search roadmap, technical SEO, content standards, measurement, AI-driven systems, brand search attribution, and agentic commerce initiatives. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Editorial, Merchandising, and Partnerships to increase visibility, citations, registry signups, and revenue.

Own replenishment, order writing, inventory forecasting, and open-to-buy planning for Furniture and Monitors. Manage dropship vendors, monitor availability and out-of-stocks, resolve fulfillment risks, and deliver sales and inventory recaps. Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance on assortment changes, new product introductions, and category health. The role requires advanced Excel, retail math, planning-system proficiency, strong vendor communication, and effective use of AI tools.
