Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior roles: source, assess, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates. Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, use ATS tools, prepare hiring reports, mentor junior recruiters, and support employer branding and compliance.

The Financial Controller will oversee financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls, while providing strategic financial insight. They will manage financial risks, supervise accounting teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across the group.
