Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, clients, partners, industry bodies, and communities. Develop stakeholder engagement plans, coordinate consultations, monitor concerns, resolve issues, identify business opportunities, and support tenders, bids, proposals, presentations, and negotiations. Maintain stakeholder records, prepare reports and briefing materials, facilitate communication across departments, and support corporate reputation initiatives. The role requires independent problem-solving, diplomacy, initiative, and experience delivering stakeholder engagements and successful bid contributions.

Supports Project Managers across oil and gas, pipeline, building, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, cost trackers, risk and issue logs, project records, quality documentation, resource plans, and HSE actions. The role collects site progress, coordinates stakeholders and suppliers, organizes meetings, prepares reports, supports inspections and closeout documentation, and contributes to project management consulting assignments. Success requires independence, strong organization, problem-solving, adaptability, and project delivery experience.

Leads client projects from planning through close-out across sectors including oil and gas, pipelines, construction, buildings, and infrastructure. Owns scope, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, documentation, stakeholder communication, team leadership, HSE compliance, and client advisory services. The role requires independently delivering complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, solving issues, and ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
