Assist the Lead Guide in planning and delivering virtual Montessori lessons, observing children, preparing digital materials, and communicating with parents.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior roles: source, assess, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates. Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, use ATS tools, prepare hiring reports, mentor junior recruiters, and support employer branding and compliance.

Provide warm, live-in, Montessori-inspired care for a 3-year-old: plan and lead screen-free, age-appropriate activities; support social-emotional and practical-life development; maintain routines, safety, nutrition, cleanliness; observe milestones and communicate with parents; collaborate with household staff while modeling respectful behavior and fostering independence and curiosity.
