Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for multiple high-growth clients: produce monthly statements, oversee bookkeeping and teams, handle audits and tax compliance, build financial models and forecasts, manage payroll/billing/inventory systems, and advise founders on financial results.

Provide HR support for clients and internal HR matters: manage US and international payrolls, onboarding, terminations, benefits and PEO implementations, compliance reporting, workers' comp/EPLI renewals, employee handbooks, org charts, timesheet review, recordkeeping, employment verifications, meeting prep, and special projects.

Lead end-to-end U.S. and international payroll for multiple clients, manage payroll platforms and compliance, reconcile payroll and benefits, support month-end close, equity withholding, and process improvements.
