Process end-to-end U.S. payroll for multiple startup clients, including data entry, audits, reconciliations, deductions, benefits and tax reporting support. Maintain payroll records, support equity and accrual reporting, work in payroll platforms (Gusto, Rippling, ADP, etc.), and improve payroll workflows while partnering with HR and accounting teams.

Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for multiple high-growth clients: produce monthly statements, oversee bookkeeping and teams, handle audits and tax compliance, build financial models and forecasts, manage payroll/billing/inventory systems, and advise founders on financial results.

As an Experienced Accountant, you will manage full-cycle accounting tasks, prepare financial statements, and assist clients while coordinating with the accounting team, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations.
