Lead nursing operations for a 45-bed facility: oversee staff recruitment, training, budgeting, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical excellence while collaborating with executive leadership to implement strategic and educational initiatives.

Provide direct patient care under a licensed PT, implement treatment plans, document progress, and support patients and families in an in-house rehab setting with flexible PRN scheduling.

Provide direct resident care in a long-term care community: administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident progress, develop and follow care plans, communicate with physicians and families, supervise caregiving staff (RN may act as charge nurse), complete admissions, transfers and discharges, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Full-time, day, 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
