Assists the Director of Nursing Services with planning, organizing, developing, and directing daily nursing department operations. Ensures compliance with state and local regulations and maintains high-quality resident care in an assisted living or related healthcare facility. Supervisory nursing experience and an active Kansas LPN license are required.

Part-time Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, reconciliations, employee records, recruiting, onboarding, workers’ compensation, unemployment and FMLA documentation, supply ordering, vendor coordination, and Charge Description Master maintenance. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, strong communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and financial responsibilities in a long-term care environment.

Provide direct resident care in a long-term care community: administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident progress, develop and follow care plans, communicate with physicians and families, supervise caregiving staff (RN may act as charge nurse), complete admissions, transfers and discharges, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Full-time, day, 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
