Lead daily operations of an assisted living community, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and staffing, improve resident satisfaction, and represent the community externally.

Provide direct resident care in a long-term care community: administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident progress, develop and follow care plans, communicate with physicians and families, supervise caregiving staff (RN may act as charge nurse), complete admissions, transfers and discharges, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Full-time, day, 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Prepare and assist with residents' meals, serve meals with customer service focus, bus and restock dining areas, clean kitchen and dining spaces, and perform other assigned duties.
