Regular travel and collaboration across time zones are required.

Manages a Tier 1 contract manufacturer and supplier relationships across material planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, production scheduling, and delivery. Negotiates pricing and terms, monitors supplier performance, optimizes inventory and lead times, conducts business reviews, resolves supply issues, and develops procurement strategies and metrics. Collaborates with Planning, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Order Fulfillment, and NPI teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, on-time supply.

Manage Indonesian corporate tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings. Review consultant-prepared returns, coordinate tax audits and regulatory responses, maintain compliance records, and provide tax guidance on contracts and intercompany transactions. Support financial reporting, audits, cost accounting, COGS and gross-margin reviews, import-data reconciliation, and inventory alignment. Liaise with Finance, Accounting, external consultants, auditors, and Indonesian tax authorities.

Designs, builds, maintains, modernizes, and optimizes C#/.NET applications. Responsibilities include migrating legacy systems, integrating technologies, managing version control, developing automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting performance issues, supporting users, participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and conducting code reviews.
