Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for Linux-based transport products using C and C++. Own feature delivery and defect resolution, participate in architecture, planning, reviews, testing, and automation, and collaborate with software, systems, hardware, QA, and DevOps teams. Contribute to continuous improvement and mentor junior engineers.

Monitor and respond to security incidents, maintain firewalls, VPN, endpoint, Microsoft 365, and other security technologies. Audit access controls using zero-trust principles, maintain ISO 27001 controls, hunt threats, troubleshoot security-related hardware and software, support business security requests, and collaborate with IT teams to improve processes, continuity, and productivity.

Provides broad legal support to a public technology company, including SEC filings, corporate governance, shareholder meetings, subsidiary operations, intellectual property, M&A transactions, compliance, investigations, litigation, and commercial contracts. Advises business units, coordinates outside counsel and vendors, supports post-closing integration, and partners with senior leadership and the Board on risk and strategic decisions.
