Leads supply planning and execution for a telecommunications manufacturing environment. Develops inventory, allocation, safety stock, replenishment, and fulfillment strategies while balancing service levels, inventory health, and order-to-cash efficiency. Coordinates with demand planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales operations to manage shortages, disruptions, and transitions. Also drives ERP/MRP optimization, KPI frameworks, data governance, automation, analytics, and scalable future-state planning capabilities.

Owns integrated demand and supply planning for assigned product lines, including forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, capacity, material availability, and fulfillment prioritization. The role analyzes planning KPIs, develops dashboards and models, identifies shortages and risks, coordinates cross-functional recovery actions, and leads planning automation and process improvements. It also presents recommendations to leadership and aligns Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Fulfillment teams.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for Linux-based transport products using C and C++. Own feature delivery and defect resolution, participate in architecture, planning, reviews, testing, and automation, and collaborate with software, systems, hardware, QA, and DevOps teams. Contribute to continuous improvement and mentor junior engineers.
