Manages financial services regulatory compliance across consumer lending products, including advisory support, complaint and issue management, licensing, regulatory exams, and regulatory change monitoring. Partners with business units to identify compliance risks, develop mitigation strategies, remediate issues, maintain licenses, prepare reports, and promote a strong compliance culture.

Leads a team of complex fraud investigators, providing coaching, performance management, and operational oversight. Handles escalated fraud investigations involving fraud rings and account manipulation, applies pattern analysis and policy interpretation, and partners with Legal and Compliance. Owns cross-functional projects to improve fraud operations, reduce customer friction, allocate resources, and enhance scalability using data-informed strategies and tools such as SQL.

Provides legal guidance on privacy, AI governance, intellectual property, data protection, and consumer litigation. Advises product, risk, technology, data, and compliance teams on financial privacy laws, automated decision-making, trademarks, trade secrets, licensing, and disputes. Manages outside counsel, litigation matters, IP strategy, legal budgets, regulatory developments, and cross-functional risk mitigation. Requires substantial experience in privacy, IP, litigation, and regulated consumer financial services or technology environments.
