Create and adapt graphic assets and occasional promotional video/motion content for live tours, TV productions and merchandise. Produce campaign artwork from concept to roll-out, revise assets for multiple formats, assist in sales decks, and edit/optimise video for social media and digital advertising.

Support day-to-day and month-end accounting for LA and NY offices: process client payments, reconcile cash and bank activity, post A/P and reimbursements, maintain ledgers, run intercompany reconciliations, monitor AR and company credit card activity, and collaborate with US/UK finance teams and stakeholders on ad hoc projects.

Provide administrative support to managers and clients including heavy phone handling, calendar and travel management, expense reporting, office coordination, tracking clients/projects, and assisting with research and special projects. Serve as first point of contact and support multiple managers while maintaining confidentiality, meeting tight deadlines, and using Microsoft, Google, and Adobe productivity tools.

Duties include negotiating talent and production contracts, clearances and licences, advising on data protection (GDPR), corporate governance, supplier and employment agreements, IP and brand protection, and supporting HR and commercial teams.
