Senior Business Analyst partnering with Investments, Technology and Delivery to gather and translate complex business requirements into user stories, process maps and solution designs for Private Markets. Facilitate workshops, analyse current-state processes, identify improvements, and support delivery across front, middle and back-office investment operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing risks, dependencies and impacts throughout project lifecycles.

Manage and investigate complex insurance and claims incidents across Member Operations, coordinate internal and third-party resolution, perform root cause analysis, support remediation and communications, and use incident data to drive continuous improvement and reduce operational risk.

Lead daily compliance activities for the Investments domain, focusing on AML/KYC, sanctions screening, regulatory reporting and advisory, documentation, incident review, and enhancing compliance processes.

Provide senior financial partnership to Investments: deliver financial insight, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, commercial guidance, performance monitoring, and drive finance process improvements to support investment strategy.

Lead design, build and operation of Azure cloud environments (incl. AKS) for large-scale member platforms. Define engineering standards, implement IaC (Terraform) and Azure DevOps CI/CD, ensure security, reliability, cost optimisation, observability and partner with architects and delivery teams to deliver production systems.

Design and maintain reusable UI components, patterns and design tokens for an enterprise Design System. Create scalable, accessible solutions across web and mobile, produce documentation, collaborate with product designers and engineers, and iterate assets based on feedback.

Support the Manager, Member Accounts to deliver member and employer services. Provide operational guidance, manage complex queries and service providers, oversee due diligence, resolve incidents, ensure regulatory alignment of communications and business rules, and contribute to continuous improvement, reporting, quality and audit processes.

Accountable as the Fund's AML/CTF Compliance Officer to design and maintain AML/CTF and fraud policies, assess ML/TF risk, oversee investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, lead fraud and corruption control programs, provide Fund-wide guidance, advise on regulatory change, and build cross-Fund relationships to embed strong risk and member-first outcomes.

Review and assess a wide range of member-facing and marketing materials for regulatory compliance across superannuation and financial services. Perform daily portfolio compliance across pre- and post-trade monitoring, wall crossings, and substantial shareholding reporting. Manage AML/KYC activities, SEC and other disclosure reporting, investigate and escalate mandate breaches, support conflicts management, produce regulatory reporting, and advise investment teams to ensure remediation and regulatory compliance.

Design, build, productionise and optimise business-driven applications using the Microsoft stack and Azure. Integrate AI capabilities, deploy in a DevOps/CI/CD environment, support monitoring and incident resolution, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote reuse, automation and engineering best practices.

Support valuation oversight and delivery for unlisted infrastructure, private equity and private credit investments. Review independent valuations, perform internal valuations, draft valuation reports and memos, manage valuation controls, liaise with stakeholders and auditors, monitor asset performance, and coach junior staff to improve processes and governance.

Lead discovery and delivery of large-scale, multi-channel digital initiatives across Member Portal, Mobile App, Website and Adviser Portal. Translate strategy into actionable backlogs, manage dependencies across squads, partner with UX, Architecture and Technology, write user stories and acceptance criteria, monitor performance and optimise using data, and represent product outcomes to stakeholders.
