Leads knowledge and content management strategy, governance, operating models, and lifecycle accountability across the Member Domain. Owns the Lighthouse knowledge platform vision, roadmap, and investment priorities; establishes content ownership, review, and approval frameworks; develops leadership capability; ensures compliance and risk control; and drives continuous improvement using analytics, search behavior, content performance, and frontline feedback.

Lead second-line enterprise risk and compliance activities across Group Risk, including policy reviews, risk assessments, controls testing, monitoring, assurance, incident management, and risk reporting. Support risk transformation initiatives, embed revised frameworks and obligations management, prepare Power BI reports for senior governance forums, conduct workshops, and influence stakeholders across accountability lines. The role also supports regulatory interpretation, continuous improvement, and business-as-usual risk activities through December 2027.

Lead commercial pricing strategy for AustralianSuper’s accumulation, retirement, and member-direct products. Develop and maintain pricing models, analyze financial performance and market competitiveness, recommend pricing adjustments, manage pricing risks, and support product development and reviews. Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Investment, and Product teams, while preparing analysis and recommendations for executive and board committees.
