Handles phone-based member complaints, resolves non-complex administration complaints, triages and allocates cases, and escalates complex or sensitive matters. The role ensures compliance with regulatory and fund requirements, identifies service and process improvements, and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve member outcomes.

Manage operational risk for a member service transformation program. Partner with workstreams to assess risks, design controls, coordinate risk acceptances, advise on business requirements and solution design, and monitor mitigating actions. Provide pragmatic risk and compliance guidance, translate regulatory requirements into business outcomes, and build effective relationships across the organisation.

Supports enterprise compliance by triaging regulatory obligations, assessing applicability and impact, assigning ownership, monitoring obligation management, maintaining the GRC obligations register, producing dashboards and insights, and managing regulatory content providers. The role also helps business domains understand compliance requirements, promotes strong risk culture, and supports process improvements across AustralianSuper.
