Partners with control owners to validate deficiencies and drive sustainable remediation. Monitors assurance plans, control effectiveness, and remediation progress while reporting control environment maturity to management and improving assurance practices.

Build and maintain secure, scalable batch and real-time data pipelines for payment and transaction data. Integrate APIs, databases, files, event streams, and third-party platforms; develop Snowflake data objects, tests, orchestration, monitoring, reconciliation, and recovery processes. Optimize platform performance, apply governance and security practices, troubleshoot issues, and provide rotational on-call support while partnering with analysts and stakeholders in Agile teams.

Operate and improve highly available AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure. Respond to complex cloud incidents, troubleshoot reliability and performance issues, build CI/CD pipelines, automate operational tasks, strengthen observability, and implement resilience through disaster recovery, configuration management, and controlled change. Collaborate with engineering, security, and service management teams to improve platform security, availability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Operate and improve secure, reliable cloud and hybrid infrastructure supporting digital payments platforms. Responsible for day-to-day finance functions, including month-end journals and close, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory financial statements, external audit support, technical accounting, tax obligations, and government reporting compliance. The role applies Australian Accounting Standards, supports Treasury and compliance activities, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely financial information.

Support operational integrity and availability of AP+ payment systems by analysing operational data, managing incidents, onboarding members, resolving issues with stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement and compliance.

Manage and improve IT service management across Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Investigate recurring and high-impact incidents, identify root causes, coordinate remediation, monitor service performance and service levels, maintain service information and catalogues, and drive continuous improvement across technology teams. The role focuses on restoring services quickly, reducing risk, preventing recurring issues, and improving service reliability and operational effectiveness.

Lead development and continual improvement of AP+ enterprise risk framework, policies, appetite and metrics. Design, configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations to improve IT service delivery.
