Lead strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for BPAY and payments products. Define product vision, prioritise initiatives, partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Commercial teams, run discovery and delivery with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, build business cases, and optimise products for customer and commercial outcomes in the Australian payments ecosystem.

Lead business analysis across large, complex projects: gather and prioritise requirements, model and improve processes, evaluate solutions, facilitate workshops, support UAT and implementation, produce governance-aligned BA artifacts, mentor colleagues, and drive business readiness and change adoption.

Lead development and governance of fraud and scam analytics, modelling, measurement and decisioning. Deliver insight products, define KPIs, translate priorities into analytical requirements, advise senior stakeholders, manage vendors, and build team capability to improve risk outcomes.
