Experience with Dynamics 365, logistics, inventory, finance, purchasing, or supplier administration is advantageous.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable across multiple business units, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, supplier records, employee expenses, company card reconciliations, month-end reporting, audits, and process improvements. The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, intermediate Excel skills, and ERP experience, with NetSuite highly desirable.

Manage growth and performance of an Australian EV charging network through strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include identifying new sites and partners, managing the network growth pipeline, overseeing onboarding and contracts, monitoring partner performance, resolving operational issues, and coordinating cross-functional infrastructure projects. The role also involves engaging government agencies and industry groups, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at relevant events.
