Own end-to-end deployment workstreams for Auger’s autonomous supply chain product: plan schedules, resolve operational decisions, write precise engineering-ready requirements, track workstream metrics, communicate status to cross-functional teams and customer executives, and work on-site frequently to drive adoption and outcomes.

Lead architecture and implementation of Auger’s data lake and AI platform, building scalable data ingestion, semantic intelligence (knowledge graphs, embeddings, RAG), real-time streaming, and MLOps. Drive system reliability, operational rigor, API-first designs, and mentor engineers while setting platform-wide architectural direction.

Lead research and engineering to train and productionize specialist foundational models for supply chain. Build large domain-specific corpora, design robust evaluation frameworks beyond standard benchmarks, iterate models and pipelines through multiple release cycles, and deliver checkpoints that run reliably in production under real customer load.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Auger’s shared core platform capabilities (conversational AI, search, identity, notifications, shared workflows, navigation, reports). Productize validated customer concepts into scalable, production-quality platform features, partner with design and engineering, and create consistent cross-product experiences that accelerate innovation and simplify complex workflows.

The IT Operations Engineer supports employee technology, manages onboarding/offboarding, builds automation workflows, and ensures system reliability. They maintain IT processes for scalability in a mixed-device environment and participate in urgent support rotations.
