Improve onboarding processes and templates for scalability. The role requires IT project management experience, infrastructure knowledge, strong organization, and communication. Cybersecurity, compliance, device management, and defense or government customer experience are advantageous.

The role requires full-time onsite work in San Francisco and approximately monthly travel to customer sites.
