Teams at Atomus

Support customers implementing Atomus cybersecurity products, onboarding and configuring devices, firewalls, and security infrastructure. Troubleshoot technical and security issues, maintain NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance documentation, support audit readiness, and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams. The role rotates through cybersecurity engineering, governance risk and compliance, and IT project management before specialization.

Own end-to-end customer onboarding projects from kickoff through deployment and go-live. Map transitions to the Atomus Aegis environment, manage plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication, and coordinate customers, IT vendors, and engineering. Improve onboarding processes and templates for scalability. The role requires IT project management experience, infrastructure knowledge, strong organization, and communication. Cybersecurity, compliance, device management, and defense or government customer experience are advantageous.
